You're a writer for your school yearbook. This year's yearbook will include a section on the top senior pranks in the history of your school. Your editor has asked you to investigate the infamous senior prank of 1977 when a burger statue was put on the roof of the school. You must examine a series of historical documents about the event to answer the question: Who put the burger statue on the roof?
Like our popular Lunchroom Fight activity, this lesson introduces historical thinking skills and primary source analysis through engaging students to build a case for who was responsible for a senior prank that took place decades ago.
